Norwich Community Agriculture - the food producing co-op that has emerged out of Transition Norwich - is seeking a full time grower / farm manager to run our two organic vegetable growing sites – a 4-acre CSA and a 2-acre school market garden.We are looking for someone with strong organic horticulture skills and ideally some experience of growing at a market garden scale. It will be a hands-on job but also involve managing casual staff. Ideally candidates will be able to drive a tractor, undertake HACCP assessments etc but we can provide training in these aspects as necessary. Salary up to 20k, starts February 2011.
